It's grindr owners who are the racists bigots.
They are agents, too. Kicked me off with no explanation, apparently on the word of a fake profile.

I experience more racism since Grindr removed the filter. I would rather those people can use a filter and not find me. I'm fed up up guys saying a look hot, asking me where I'm front and then blocking me after I tell them.

If anyone from Grindr is reading these comments, I've cancelled my subscription until this feature is restored and Grindr stops discriminating against underrepresented minorities, and again allows them to find and be found by like-minded mates.

It is natural for people to be more attracted to a certain ethnicity. I love brown and black people. It is my personal choice. This app shouldn't restrict the search by a certain ethnicity because that's part of the seduction game. I hope, like most users, to see ethnicity search on Grindr reactivated.

Call me crazy but I don't think it's racist to have a type that may be closely aligned to a different ethnicity... isn't this just crazy about the woke world and woke agenda we are living through... - restore the ethnicity filter
- make the Gay grindr gay again by installing a filter to remove men and women seeking straight sex
- restore a two level payment - instead of getting more and more cash of gay men with supplying the wanted service

and no response to ANY of the items - I find it very rude from Grindr management to ignore 8000+ inputs.

I have therefore decided to cancel my subscription until Grindr Management decides to implement a proper customer service.

This is kind of "tech giant terrorism". We all have to do, what they allow us. The filter was there for years. I'm Caucasian and where I live 95% of guys on Grindr are Caucasians. I'm just trying to find guys from different ethnicities to connect with. I'm very keen on language and cultural exchange. Having no filter option just makes this an impossible task, especially when most profiles don't even have a pic to begin with.
Assuming that people want to filter the minorities OUT, is racist in and of itself. Did it ever cross your narrow little minds that some people actually want to filter them IN?

I think putting back the ethnicity is important for an instance. I am an Asian. I was looking for more mature relationship I'd like to meet someone that does not coming from my own country. For example a foreign person. I guessed their is something more mature and open and trust worthy people somewhere else. That I couldn't find here in my own country.

All humans are racist. Even those who claim that no. If blacks live with whites, or whites go on vacation to Africa, it's only by opportunism or obligation... economic, political, climatic, temporary change of scenery... Moreover to say that we love an ethnic group for such and such a reason, that is also racist. And basically, if people really had a choice, they would choose to live separately from other ethnicities. Here people pay to be in a virtual world, they would like to be able to make this choice, which is removed to them for idiotic ideological reasons.

The fact that this is the most requested feature says a lot about America and its gay community. You all are racists. Look up the definition.
