Search by free-form text in profile bios
Would be great to be able to search for key words in profiles.
Please make profiles free-form text searchable so we can find better matches and increase connections, whether that be for hookups, friends, dates, networking, and/or relationships.
Searching by tags is a step in the right direction—thank you—but it’s too confining and unreliable :/

There should be a search bar especially when you block someone by accident. If you unblock that person and they are not near you anymore they're gone forever.

Explore has always been available to free users since it was made available. I feel that explore should return in the same manner as it was before, where it can be used but you would have to subscribe to Grindr Xtra in order to interact with search result profiles. OR (another idea) require free users to watch ads (profit through advertisers instead) each time the free users decide to use the explore function and also each time an explore profile is interacted with initially -selected-.

Its frustrating that you have to pay tp message when you explore ???
Scruff you can explore for free and message people.
Its not nice to compare, but this is something they is great and free from that app.
