I think a good filter suggestion would be “Who I’m interested in” based on ethnicity. That way people can filter the people who are actual interested in each other by their type :)

Come out with a way to search for people that meet certain compatibility criteria, like age and/or position or whatever, so we can choose from a grid that is more compatible with us.

Based on a users filters their profile should only show to people who match it. That way nobody waste their time messaging someone they are not compatible with.

Please enable us to see every profile's overall reply rate, as well as the age/height/weight ranges, ethnicities, body types, positions, and tribes that they reply to most. This is a great way to gauge each other's preferences, and would make Grindr 10000x more fun.

Give us the option to do not appear in the fresh face grid if we don't want it. Some times we just want to change the profile pic, everybody do not have to know it

The app system should provide suggested profiles based on one's liking, similar to fb suggested friends.

New search filter of "He is looking for: (body type/age/ethnicity/etc)"
Filter your results by searching for people who are interested in your type.

Users should see the frequency with which another user sends and responds to messages overall, and by tribe/demographic.

Based on your preferences grinder can find people that match your list or up to a percentage match. This can be optional for those looking for kwikies or relationships or *********.
