100% agree this is totally needed. Having the “Right Now” in the looking for section on your main profile isn’t a true reflection of if your are looking for a hook up right that second.

Yes an option that will put a little emoji sign by the person pic to see who is looking who is chating not looking. Then you can filter people out based on preferences

NOT EVERYONE IS LOOKING FOR A HOOK-UP!
I feel like we should have some type of icon that assign us with different community on the website. For instance we could use a heart for relationship, and it’ll only show on our home screen the list of people who are looking for a relationship, an icon with a eggplant or a peach for people who are looking for ****** conquest. Including a glass with alcohol in it to symbolize a casual thing, you’re neutral, you can do either a hook up, date, or drink.. then lastly a plate of food to symbolize a date with another guy. It’ll help us separate from people who are not looking for what we are looking for. Plus, this add-on should be free for all users.. no matter if they have a membership or not.

Please consider adding a “HOSTING” Icon that would be bisable on the Members photo while browsing. The members could activate the I on in Grindr Xtra

It would be helpful to simply have a toggle feature that either highlights the profile or ads a symbol when you are looking to mess around.

It would be cool if you could have a green, yellow, or red icon on your profile to identify if you can host at the time or not. Green meaning you can host, yellow meaning you can host but have to be very quiet or discreet, and red meaning that you can’t host.

Create status "Looking for later" - Makes the difference between "right now" (now means now) and "looking for later" (means later today or in next few days)

This feature would be a game changer. There is a disconnect relating to how immediate the demand for a hookup is. Sometimes I’m not at all ***** and sometimes I want someone immediately. Every day/moment is different. My suggestion is to allow us the option to choose a mood ‘ring’ around our profile pics. So just like the existing app creates a yellow border around an incoming messenger, there should be an option to select your mood ‘ring’ color. I like the idea of a blue to red color gradient. Blue being a cool, just chillin aka zero chance of meeting up. White would be default—not one way or the other. And dark Red would be like red hot im ready at this moment. Would be nice to have a slider to select mood. I get a lot of guys clearly ***** (red hot) messaging me excessively and I feel like they’re wasting their time. And perhaps when I’m super ***** I’m sending out messages to guys who are at brunch with their grandparents. Whereas If his ‘ring’ was blue blue I would have saved us both the headache.
