Why don't you add a system spam filter that prohibits any url from text in user profiles automatically? It would cut down on all those new user accounts that are created everytime we report the old account.You could also filter out profile pics using a filter for the samenpurpose.

Without warning, and without any explanation, and without any means of being able to lift the ban, I have been banned from Grindr. I am upset in particular because I have some good friends on the app, and also because I paid for Grindr Unlimited. I would like my account unbanned, or, barring that, at least refunded.

Grindr has a policy, as soon as you send a photo via your phone Gallery, it has access to all of your photos stored on your phone, as well as IP address, the lot.

So can ALWAYS be tracked back.

However, the phone verification I agree, is a good idea.

Please make it so you have to ask a user permission before sending photos. I'm sick of getting **** pics in my inbox every day. Both my bio and my stats say I don't accept nudes. Guys just don't read bios before sending nudes so that stuff is useless. And before anybody tells me that I shouldn't be on Grindr if I don't want to hook up, I'm only on Grindr because every other app where I live is dead. Grindr is the only one guys actually use near me. Also, actually do something about guys who send unsolicited nudes. Step up the the plate and actually punish them because that actually breaks your app's guidelines and I'm pretty sure you guys don't do anything about it when I report it.

Grindr has a phone verification in place, only problem is, that when you click on verify, grindr does not send you a verification number .. ever.. and I've let grindr know about one guy who is using several fake profiles, he's very resourceful, uses pics that cannot be traced, uses a fake phone app if you want to speak to him first... the phone app gives him a fake background and fake voice to use, look it up, can crop and edit pics very quickly if they are not cropped and also has the ability to manipulate video, look it up, it can be done and yes he really does spend 24/7 pretty much creating and using new profiles.. I asked him one night... if he has like 20 profiles on there at that time .. he said... think a lot more ..... .. and he rotates them like every 10 to 15 minutes for the most of them... I've tried to contact them for help, they ended up just ignoring me
