    Give users the option to only allow profiles with pictures to message them. 90% of People with no pictures or Bio/Profile choose to message someone they like from their picture, then proceed to try and hold a conversation as if you can see their picture. This is a hook-up site, last time I checked hooking up is a 2 way attraction, so the blind date/catfish option should be put to bed. You can look at people but you can't message them unless you have face pictures and a few bio questions filled out is option 2.
