I did a reverse image search on a person's photo, and they weren’t who they said they were. They were using photos of a foreign celebrity. I sent a screenshot of the celebrity's social media profile, and they blocked me. There should be a way to report these accounts after they block you, because they will continue to catfish other people without repercussions.

Yesss been 6 month its crazy its a 24h never ending bots they use pics of pornstars mostly trans they change their profile 4 times a day with same girlsbut different name they want phone number or email or paypal transfert just for booking how you refuse in 1 min a pic i want to put on my profile wich your reason is discutable a lot but let all this happened i report them tellin you they use pics from **** i watch they not real and they come back with same girl different name you accept their profile but its always a patern what they write in their description you dont see that but you tell me im nude when im not seriously guys

When drug dealers or prostitution is reported ive noticed that Grindr keeps the profile posted. It would be reasonable for Grindr to send a note to the person reporting it and explaining why they have chosen to keep the profile posted. Maybe the reporter has misinterpreted the community guidelines, I don’t know, but a note from Grindr would be both decent and reasonable. For instance, when a person asks if the other person wants to hook up and they respond with “$$$” or “are you generous?” then that seems to be violating your posted community guidelines, but maybe it’s not. A note of explanation from grindr as to why the comments soliciting money for *** were determined to be OK on the app in those instances reported, would be helpful and appreciated.

Hello I just want to see if they could find a way to stop all these catfish guy and scammer. Yesterday 8/20/20 some one catfish me and end up finding my Facebook and started threaten me to send him money or he’s going to send out my *** pics he got from here.

The quality of my pictures is 100% but when I share them on Grindr, for example sending pictures on chats or put them on my profile, the quality gets so messed up
