It's 2020, I think we can all agree that we need some sort of age verification. There's way too many underage users on the app posing as any age. And they just get new profiles when you ban them. This needs to be fixed.

Instead of making everyone do age verification (use an ID or DL) make it an option, however those that are verified to be said age will have a check mark or something on the profile showing that they are infact that age (probably a message by the age saying "This users age is verified") and the ones that aren't get a message in the same place saying "this users age is unverified".

As a bonus, use the other information off the ID or DL, H, Wht etc to fill out those fields in the profile.

It's 2020, grindr has our exact location, nudes, and face pics. Is an ID really that much worse?

Please before you ban any account let us know what we have done and give us the opportunity to correct any of our actions. PLEASE!!

I'm sick of the fake profiles, sex site invitations, and general spam accounts. You need you police these profiles better, I'm sick of getting hit up by spam/fake accounts and being sent invites to external links. I have just cancelled my paid subscription.

If we are going to be banned completely have prof of what we done. I want my account unbanned . I can’t even get customer service to get in touch with me and it’s been like 2 weeks now .

Instead of just banning send an email as a warning

Theres alot of fake accounts using this app to gain others personal information and use it to get money illegally. People can still create new account by creating several emails. To minimize this illegal actions, I would suggest to use mobile number instead during registration. By that, if an account was blocked or reported as Scam, the number used will no longer valid to create new account. A valid reason should provide if the accusations were incorrect.

I want to complain for option change photos in profile . As I use iPod pro now is very difficult add or change photos . Most of times you choose photos ,but it’s not save in profile .

Verify every single user's profile new or old, just like they do on the app Chappy. This would improve user experience, make the app more safer and reliable, prevent people falling victim to fake accounts and it would stop people from creating fake accounts.

There are too many fake accounts on this app already.

Whenever we upload profile pictures, quality turns low. Profile photos should be in HD or original quality. Sometimes, users think it's a fake account when they see low-quality profile pics.
