It might be that they made a new profile? There’s 2 guys that constantly make new profiles and harass me on a monthly basis because I won’t meet them or send them nudes...

This is an understatement! If *I* can easily find a website url within the text field of a profile, then so can a company that paid over $600 MILLION for this GrindR app/website/database of users.

It is MORE THAN OBVIOUS these bots run by website script. It is beyond belief grindr continues to allow... Except if they are in cahoots with the stated adbot companies.

Get rid of taps! They’re incredibly annoying and when specifically stated not to people do it anyways! And when you call them out on it you get banned for harassment?? Performing unwanted activities listed in a profile could be deemed as harassment and you do nothing. It’s ridiculous and your app is incredibly poorly run and managed. Prostitutes everywhere and banning people for no reason. Just dumb

I also got banned. No explanation and customer service is appalling.

Disgusting they can ban you without giving you justified reasons

Be able to view all received pictures in one place, like a photo album. So you don't have to go through all different messages to find a specific photo.

It’s funny, I waited weeks for an ban appeal and they said they aren’t going to unban my account. They said I had drugs listed on my profile which is false and they didn’t explain to me. I was inactive and they just targeted my account like many others for no reason. There’s minors, pedophiles, tweakers and drug dealers on there but they want to target innocent accounts. This app is truly pitiful man, they need new reps that can actually do a job properly and efficiently

I though buying something meant you were anole to use it ? I’m not going to sit around and keep trying to reach someone. People like me and I’m sure there’s many more might get cussed out or reported all because the person doesn’t wanna meet them. And because there’s no reason you give anyone on exactly why the account is band that’s just not going to work. spam and fake accounts are bothersome and annoying. I left the site because of this very reason. I would like some type of security filter in place when guys create their accounts to filter out scammers.

Please implement a feature for new users to VERIFY their email address to prevent these bots and spammers from new accounts. All I get is spam from fake profiles asking me to go to a link. Its annoying, and this issue has been going on for YEARS.

Please implement that, or implement a feature like googles, where they have to select the corresponding photo that they choose for you. The spam accounts on grindr is RIDICULOUS. Please rid of them. This issue has been going on for way too long.

I understand that the acronym PNP is disallowed, but there are tons of profiles circumventing this rule by using cap Ts and Gs in their write ups. I can’t even disavow drug use by saying unequivocally NO PNP, while Tweakers conTinueto polluTe The siTe with their codes.

Some blocked profiles reappear after a week. This needs to be fixed. Very annoying!

Give people a real reason with real proof when banned
You guys have failed to protect victims of cyberbullying by not investigating reports and taking the easy route of just banning accounts based on someone else’s one-sided testimony. I have spent money on this app and I have many guys who I only contact through the app because of distance, but now you guys have even robbed me of closure with my people, with NO explanation.

Same issue as many here. Block someone only for them to appear again and message you! Like others have said you click on profile it says they blocked! Clearly not Grindr!!! Please sort out this unsafe practice!!

Stop the bots NOW!! There are thousands of spambots scamming us with fake websites in their messages and profiles. Despite this, there is a 'Report User' limit imposed by Grindr that limits the amount of reports we can submit. Grindr needs to take more action to protect us all from these scam profiles!

How about everyone has to verify there account, just like tinder! This stops fake profiles! There is too many people stealing pictures or using other peoples pictures! This has also happened to me! Every member should have their face verified! Tinder does this and it works! Everyone who doesnt want there face on show will stay that way, all privacy will be ket but you must prove you ain’t fake!
