They can't not tell you the reason why they banned you. If they are
accusing you of violating guidelines, demand proof.
Without proof it's defamation and they can be sued for that. Depending on
where you are, the terms and conditions might not matter. Especially if you
are outside of US.
That is what I had to do.

Used grindr for years and my account was banned without any reasoning provided. I never broke any community guidelines yet my account got banned and so debit was tied up to my phone number I cannot create another account unless I change my number and who is going to do that? I think it should have been a communication from customer service prior to the ban went into effect. I am pretty sure my account was reported either by someone I told I am not interested or underaged kid who I threaten to report unless he deletes the account. I think I like grindr better than it was owned by its creator the Jewish guy or when it was owned by Chinese ;)

is present in the troubleshooting of the grindr site that a "banning bug" cause a lot of banned users, they said that in 2 hours all the users were unbenned, but I'm still banned.
I think that you (as me) are in the same situation, the bug banned you but they did not unbanned you correctly, as the result you are still banned for NO REASON!

Now, if the company is serius and equal (as they say) they will unbanned all the people that are in our situation. I'm banned from 29-30/12/2020 and now we are in 03/01/2021 but still banned, with no reason and with no faults.

These are sites owned/sponsored by Grindr. Cant you tell when you click on to see their profile and you arent allowed cause there is none... plus the non stop messages they send. Grindr just wants you to redirect to other pay sites they are connected to

Same for me. Can’t upload photos from my iPad. It used to work fine but I think when my iPad software was updated it stop working. Any fix coming?

gayfun.org is really annoying. I always block the person/bot who sends it.

1. Profile face-photos are visible for people with face-photos (otherwise blurred or other non-face photo).

2. Blank profiles without any photos can't see profile photos other users (blurred photos) - as option in privacy settings.

3. Show my distance - for only people with this setting is on.

When a profile is saved with “ratemyshaft.com” or any other spam phrase is saved. Use ML to identify these and other profile spam profile patterns and ban them.

I report them and after 10 or so, I can't report anyone for a day. Wtf?

I report them as illegal activity. That is the best only way grindr can delete their account. I can report about 10 a day. If everyone did this, I suspect grindr would get proactive as they would be extremely busy.

If members don't use the 5 expiring photos per day they should accumulate to use another day. Members shouldn't lose them

Couldn’t confirm it but after my ex broke up with me my accounts would get banned if they had a face I just made my grindr too after a few months after breaking up. It sounds like something he would do actually he said jokingly if we ever broke up he would make sure I would be grindr banned. He wanted to be first to being doing better idk or something he was a mess at the time. He made a grindr profile of his neighbor who wanted to be friends and play video games and talk about video games. He signed him up for loads of junk mail and sent him loads of ups boxes.
