I've been harrassed by the same Guy those last weeks, using this bug to Come back, making New accounts After I made him banned 10 times.

This App is a joke, flawded.

Yeah. My account that I’ve had for years was suspended for the first time ever last Saturday (3/20/21) and I have no idea as to why.

Yes! I have this problem sooo much in my area.. please allow this! Also, more people should vote on this, it's very disgusting having to deal with people that steal others pictures!!

Why not flag messages with a link in them as potential spam? Or ban messages with links?

Very often users send me my pictures as their own.. It is main problem here - fake profiles and people stealing pictures. Expiring pictures should be in basic version, to protect users from this.

I had expiring pics when I was using free grindr, but some day it was disabled. ...it was showing me "upgrade" button... Do I did it, I paid for Xtra... And it still show me "upgrade" but to unlimited. I am angry, I paid so much and can't send there pics

we should be allowed to prevent profiles without photos from contacting us. it’s annoying especially when i have a clear face pic as my profile pic. you already allow us to filter profiles with/without a profile. it’s annoying spending all day blocking folks with no pic. if they are that discreet hit up other guys with no pic where they’ll likely be on the same page.

They will not fix this, for the same reason they don't make any other improvements. Grindr has a solid monopoly, and they can just sit on that and make money. The only additions they make are in service of further monetizing.

Photo quality will never ever improve outside of a realistic competitor appearing, and Tinder isn't it. Even Scruff or Hornet doesn't come near the market share that Grindr has.

The people controlling what you can put as your profile pictures are having issues apparently I’ve tried putting four different photos as a profile photo and it keeps getting rejected saying that there’s a nudity in it which their pictures from the waist up so how would they even know if they were not

I just mentioned this issue to Grindr and it seems they want you to pay unlimited membership which its really expensive.. I guess it is time to go back to socialize make friends and do it the old way. In fact I think Grindr has created more damage to the gay community and they only want to profit from us

Send a request under report a bug in Grindr help centre, the more reports then maybe they will do something about this, I don't think they even look at this post.

In this day and age gay hate crimes, homophobia, sexual predators/offenders and complete batsh!t crazed people are on the increase and becoming more brave.

I've noticed on my country there are a lot of straight people looking women to fuckz fake accounts or drug dealers to sell their drugs with emoji symbols or words and once I report 15 profiles per day, appears 100 new ones. I've noticed this only happening on my country because if use a different ip from another country i don't see this happening which is a shame and disgrace sadly. Police department and federals can't do anything if the app actually is not doing something to stop this. they arrest like 200k people monthly for doing this but they continuing using the app as drug dealer. Even if you type on google play store "Grindr weed chat" it appears. It would be great if you please improve a feature that auto bans and permbans these profiles or that they need to be verified or something. I'm just tired of this, reporting people with the actual tools inapp it's useless and lately I've been suffering privacy issues due my "grindr info" it's set to Public to these drug dealers or drug buyers. Some of them are people o know actually and they have to notice I'm gay only because of this... Sometimes I hate this app because of this.

I vote NO! People shouldn’t be required to keep communicating with someone who they are no longer interested in communicating with. Also, porn is free, no one is collecting pictures.

This makes no sense at all. Blocked ppl should stay blocked .. I only use grindr not sure about the other apps but seriously considering to stop using grindr all together

Accounts should be linked to phone id and not emails. That way if they are blocked they would always stay blocked even if the person creates a new account with a new email. It's useless to pay for a membership that forces members to always be on the look out of blocked accounts reappearing and having to constantly reblock them

If ANYONE is paying to use this app, they SHOULD be allowed some (5) EXPIRING PHOTOS. This was a feature up until a few weeks ago. I guess it was free until users got use to it then GRINDR decided to only allow them for the HIGHEST membership level. That isn’t fair. Each level of PAID membership should have some expiring photos as a feature. Thank you!
