Perhaps it would be possible to restrict use of the app to one account per IMEI. If or when the device is later sold or given away to someone else, the new device-owner would be required to submit several face pics which meet specific requirements (e.g. “outside a library”, “winking with tongue out”) before the IMEI is permitted. Or would it be easier to clear the IMEI for use by enforcing a 1:1 relationship with IMEIs at the account level, i.e. a user can not log in on a new device without jettisoning the previous IMEI link?

Profiles without a picture shouldn’t be available.

This in no way will reduce the fake profiles. Secondly, this will reduce the number of people using this app as good number of them are not wanting to share their personal information. Thirdly, the blame cannot be put eternally on fake profiles as any person chatting with unknown person must be aware of what he is sharing.

Have users have an opinion to be verified. Grinder sends out a code and user sends a Picture of themselves with the code on a paper like Dudesnude.com does

Guys make sure that no one can use fake photos or someone else's photos. Plus security, please improve security terms and conditions

Not sure you can ever get totally rid of spammers and fake profiles.

Perhaps implement a system similar to eBay's "feedback" score, where other users give a positive or negative vote. Your positive feedback score is displayed right next to your username. Then, give people a filter choice, allowing everyone to filter out any feedback scores lower than [whatever number they choose].

Here in middle east most of us can't reveal our really identity it can cause harm for us so u can't get rid of our fake accounts .

Allow others to verify whether the profile is real or genuine or not.
