I had the same thing happen , all they are doing is loosing paying customers.

I am in the same boat as you mate , grindr are loosing money(paying customers) because of their staff inability to manage complaints. When i asked who I complained to they said I ave to write a letter to the USA.

I want to get a photo out of Grindr and attach it to an email so i can send it to a non Grindr user? Can you do that.

I'm tired of seeing escorts and drug sellers profiles every day on grindr. Unfortunately I live in the center of my city and they keep creating profiles as soon as they're suspended. Among the 100 profiles I see, ~20 are from escorts since they create many at a time.

Therefore my idea is the following : the creation of a filter + verification of users (asking for example that the profile has been on for at least 30days or something like that).

That way, with the filter on, we could avoid seeing this garbage profiles that keep popping on grindr many times per day.

AMAZING IDEA !!! I'm just tired of ALL THES FU***** ESCORTS popping EVERY DAY and MANY TIMES per day in my city ! Unfortunately I live in the center of my city and I'm litteraly surounded by 5-6 escorts that keeps creating multiple profiles. So basically among the 100 guys around me 20 are profiles from escorts ... and reporting them is useless since they will create another profile as soon as they're reported.

If someone adds a new profile, there should either be a Captcha or email validation to make sure the person is legitimate and not some bot or faker.

Is there any way to please stop the chat bots, scams, taps from people who are not actually people, people asking for me to sign up for some stupid Online identity verification asking for money.

It's so annoying, and also dangerous.

I can't believe Grindr adds useless features like video cam, "viewed you", a useless video tab where it's just ads and ****, but this basic feature isn't here.

It's ******* useless to be reporting all day if they just make more accounts in 2 seconds. Either start giving people mod powers, or just make it impossible for them to make accounts just lke that.

I get a least 6 of these a week. I report them as impersonation and then grinder bands me wtf.

Dear Sirs I do not have an account or profile in Grindr. The person who uses photos of me to hook people and ask them for nude photos to be able to display them on twitter accounts defaming and putting false information about them. Logically people see my photo ask me. Many of the people who have seen it have told me that they have reported it but nothing happens and this person returns to bother and do this practice that discredits the entire gay community. I ask you to please help me to eliminate this person or to be able to somehow put a stop to his practice since it damages my image.

Users should be getting credits for reporting profiles that are looking for or selling ALL drugs, escorting or looking to pay for escorting.Offering massage and/or escorting services, etc etc etc I report 15-30+ people a day , and get nothing for it. I'm an extra subscriber , and myself and many others should be getting credit for reporting these people

This idea should be okay for as long as the verification method doesn't require manual intervention by Grindr staff.

I am sick and tired of five Africans per day showing blond photos pretending they were soldiers in Afghanistan promising me mature sugar daddy love for life to then ask for money to cure their mother from cancer. Handsign based verification would be easier and faster because it allows AI to do the work

Verify every profile by having each new user to send in a specific picture with their ID to Grindr and then Grindr will have a check mark by all verified users.

This prevents anyone from being catfished or being accused of one.

Could you provide other options on the reporting feature so you as well as other users can help to combat spam or users spoiling it for everyone else?

It's just that with my action to block someone like who is lying might not be the best solution..
