    If someone adds a new profile, there should either be a Captcha or email validation to make sure the person is legitimate and not some bot or faker.

    Completely agree. My chats don’t sync between devices. If I chat with someone using my iPad, and then switch to my iPhone, it doesn’t show my chat originally started on my iPad. Certain other competitive apps (Scruff) does this.
