taps are for pnssy btches who want to let you know they're interested but want you to send the first message. I agree we need to be able to turn off or get rid of altogether!

Explain clearly what TAP is for as it is being used by self entitled individual here to demand for pics and please ensure the hate and harassment stops...it should never be an attitude here. Get rid of taps. Almost every time I get a tap,it's from someone with a faceless profile that's no where n the grid. It's useless & unecessary. If someone is interested,they can just say hi.

Provide a slider to allow/disallow taps from users. They’re pointless and annoying — not to mention mostly used by fake accounts.

Many people don’t like taps because they’re low-effort and intentionally used by some to annoy others. Please give users an option to prevent taps being sent to them

Whether the person is attractive or otherwise, 98.9% of the time I reliably delete and ignore anyone who sends Taps. The remaining 1.1%? is for someone I've previously communicated that may send a tap. I may or may not reply - usually not. 😆😆😆
