1) Taps are useless since they are virtually all spam. It is a waste of time to respond.
2) Tap notifications are a nuisance and made me want to delete the application until I figured out I could disable the notification for taps while keeping notification on for chat..

I am glad that settings allow me to turn off notifications for taps - that is a good feature. But it would be nice to block people from tapping me so they know in advance I will only respond to chat. Thanks!

In just the past 2 weeks I received 232 taps, 97% of which came from bots. This is the #2 reason I will never pay for the XTRA service (the #1 reason is that it's twice as expensive as similar services that offer the same (if not better) features). Allow us to toggle taps off if you want to keep people using this app.

Taps should be able to be disabled, unless the bot taps can be stopped, Grindr needs a better way to filter out the bots!

Tap is annoying as ****. If a person is so shy that they can’t say hello but they can send a “tap”... I wouldn’t wanna talk to them anyway. At least give the option to turn it off!

Remove the Tap feature as It is 90% used by BOTS. Taps should only be allowed if you have a real location.

Please let us turn off taps! Or at least give taps a notification sound that is separate from messages, then I can distinguish the difference.

Taps are unnecessary and a waste of time. The majority of taps are from bots and are frustrating. Disable this option and have people send a message, it more personal and will reduce the unwanted interruption that taps cause.

I would remove the taps completly. You have the chat to say 'HI' = equal to a tap but nicer.

Taps are annoying to begin with when the users don't send a message with it. What's even more annoying are the BOTS that are constantly tapping me.

Give us a way to turn this feature off. I get way too many taps from spambots & it's getting increasingly annoying.

Grinder unlimited is an insult to the users. I wonder what kind of moron would subscribe to a feature that should of been included with Grinder Xtra. Hope the company fixed it's act before it looses customers to a more competent company.
