video calls help to establish the identity of the person. A lot of people on grindr are using pics of other people- that is so unfair for people whose pics are being misused. Video calling should be a defacto standard for knowing as to whom we are talking to. Yes display pics should be there as well but a video call option helps a lot

Pls don't add this feature.. As it isit is so irritating to have strangers make u video call on whatsapp, this will turn life into ****..
