Bring back the option of adding another profile to a group chat.
Previously you could add other profiles into a group conversation which was quite helped and handy to have a 3 way conversation. Please can you bring back this feature?

Bring back search bar in chat/inbox
Previously there was a search bar in the chat/inbox area where we could type something we mentioned in a convo and it brought up all the topics and which profiles it was discussed with. Please can we have that feature back?

Make the App WORK!!
The App has been A LOAD OF CRAP since last update! Profiles do not load and taps barely appear. Customer service is NON EXISTING and I am.a payment member!! I wonder how terrible is the app with the annoying ads!

If location is a service provided, make it accurate!
Make location accurate, or get rid of Xtra! Why pay to see guys in my local area? Other apps are much better without the ads

New favourite profiles don't show up under the new Favourites tab
I have starred two profiles after chatting, but the profiles don't show under the new Star tab. In messages I can see the profiles are starred but they don't show under favourites, which still shows profiles starred before the update and of course there's now the old favourites follow whatever filters are selected, which is for checking new users, not known ones. Please revert the favourites at the bottom, where it was, this is hateful.

Get rid of virus-like ads maybe? Just a thought.
The app does a really cool new thing where it randomly opens my internet browser????? And then shows me a “virus alert” webpage. You know, the kind of thing you’d see browsing a dark web European porn site in 2009? That’s really sick but maybe it shouldn’t happen.
Also you introduced this cool auto scroll feature where whenever I’m browsing the explore tab the app will take it upon itself to go all the way to the top after 4 seconds. Really good work guys!!!!!!! Thank god I can’t open or send a single message without seeing Royal Match though.…

Random Profiles in my Grid
Only show profile that are in your area… why are there random profiles in my grid that are 100+ miles away from me. Is it a product of the Boost feature? I have to say I am considering deleting the app that I have used for years. It’s crazy from the limits to how many profiles you can click on and see the full profile as a non paying member, which I use to be, but now I just can’t justify paying the cost(to high) compared to the overall experience of using the app. To many profiles wasting my time…

Guys only see 1 of my 5 profile pics
I have 5 profile pics/ often the first one is my body only. Over 50 guys have asked to see a face pic and I’m like there 3 in my profile. Are guys lazy or not aware of this feature of or non paying? I know my pics are there- can we let the free guys see at least 2 pics or something?

Bring back the favorites tab
Every time I press my favorites now as a filter it doesn’t load the profiles, I have to close and reopen the app and when eventually it shows my favorites, the profile pictures don’t appear. Thus it’s super buggy and very difficult to use

Bring back the favourites tab
Bring back the favourites tab I want too see my favs as I used to. Now they are a filter and hard to track. Fix this back to how it was it’s made the app not as good to use anymore.

Bring back favorites tab
Switching Favorites to a filter means that every time I want to look at my favorites, I have to add the Favorite filter to my search screen. If I have other filters on, I have to reset them in order to see profiles I’ve favorited that meet those filters, forcing me to reset all my filters just to look at my favorites. This is so annoying!

This app serves no point if not going to continue to work as it always has with closest guys showing, not furthest.
This app is useless if not loading guys nearest my location without charging bs extra fees to accomplish a ‘right now’…even though I’m already paying as an unlimited member & shouldn’t have to be asking for that. I don’t wanna chat with guys thousands or hundreds of miles away for my use case of hooking up…the idea is absurd.

I hate the new favorites layout there was nothing wrong with the old one. The new favorites layout makes me not want to use the app you can’t even see people’s distances anymore ! BRING THE OLD ONE BACK ASAP!

Stop letting people tap album pictures
I pay for xtra. Every time i share my album with the “view once” limit, guys have started tapping the pics so they stay in chat and can continue to view them indefinitely—completely negating the point of “view once”. it’s ridiculous.
