This is a rip off
This app was great and now you have to pay, fine I don’t mind that. What I do mind is I’m paying money and you aren’t putting people in my area in my feed, people from 2-12 miles are looking at my profile but they aren’t in my feed, why??? I won’t pay another dime, when this runs out I’m deleting my account fuck Grindr and its bullshit

New function: A regular’s list
A great new function would be to create a « Regular’s list ». People who are regular hookups, and who would receive a notification when I am looking for a hookup now/later today. It would save so much time asking everyone each time.

Specific Gender/ sexuality Personalization filters
As a gay app primarily for gay men there needs to be an option to allow users to filter or hide trans men/ trans women profiles and also a filter for trans women or men to filter gay users. Just the same or see only trans interested specific users of based off their personal interests. These tiles are considered valuable Realestate to those of us who are paying 40$/month. Annual subscription to Unlimited
Just as there is an annual subscription to Extra with 86% discount compared to the weekly subscription, there would need to be an annual subscription with at least the same percentage discount for the Unlimited subscription as well

Better access
I have subscribed to your app for many, many years. For Grindr Xtra we already pay an extraordinary amount of money for a membership. These days, we literally pay to have no ads. Before we used to be able to view profiles that had viewed ours. We had a wider search area and now we literally have nothing but yet you continue to charge a premium price. We get nothing now except for ad free and your annual fee for that luxury continues to increase. You seriously need to consider a more inclusive package for your Grindr Xtra subscribers. Not…

Low number of unlocked albums in the free version
the usability of the albums is leaving something to be desired, you have to release at least 15 for free users, there are profiles of coveted guys who sometimes can't even see the album of the person you want to start the chat/date with, because they only have the right to 5 albums. considering that within a short period the album will already be blocked. If it continues like this I will migrate to Hornet.

Try practicing better customer service.
Since I signed up this account I have been trying to purchase a subscription. I continually get denied on my purchase request. I have tried using multiple bank cards, gift cards and try to charge the charges to my phone. I keep getting an error message saying that they can't process my request due to a hold on my account. Now here's the bad part. Whenever I search who's on the system I don't get a choice between 9 to 18 profiles to choose from. And the same profiles over and over. How about you fix the messaging problem?
You know you charge an awful lot for this service for it to notify you that you have messages and you haven’t received any of them. I have asked several times for this to get fixed but unless your paying for unlimited I guess it don’t matter does it?

Option to limit distance of who can see you
Creat an a parameter in settings, make a possibility to let the user set a limit in a distance that the others can see that own profile, when in a “online mode”.

On certain plans you are able to translate a message as it comes through which is great, but you currently cannot translate a profile - so the usability could be improved to allow translations of profiles and of messages

Quick nickel & diming your customers
This is my first time using grinder & I got the 1 month plan (ultra plus something). My thoughts like at $39 that's steep. Then Grinr introduces this BOOST feature for an additional fee. Quick nickel & diming people that use you. After my monthly subscription, I highly doubt I will subscribe again. For $39, BOOST should be included.
