The constant pop up soliciting boosts
The whole premise of “boosting” seems to imply throttling by the app for those who decline purchasing ancillary items.
Isn’t my participation and visibility on this platform secured by the annual $239? Boosting seems like an unwarranted sleazy maneuver in a space where a little sleaze is usually welcome.Come on Grindr, show a little self respect

Too many add
I pay almost $300 for this bullshit Al. Used to be better. I’m getting so many ads in my message window and pop ups for this boost me bullshit. 2nd subscription is up on march 05 and it will be my last. Scruff is so much better user friendly so and is only 1:2 the price.

Stop ads that automatically open in a new browser tab.
Over the last few weeks, I've been receiving these ads that would open a browser window automatically. I don't tap on them, they just do this on their own.
This is annoying because it interferes with texting. I could be in the middle of writing someone a message, then my Firefox Focus app randomly pops up and takes me out of the Grindr app. I have to close it and navigate back to Grindr to continue with what I was writing. And this isn't rare -- I've seen it happen up to three times within a minute. It's obnoxious and…

Bombarded by ads
Everytime I exit out of sending/receiving a message I am getting constantly bombarded with ads. And it's never just the one either. It's atleast 2 ads, one right after the other, every single time. I know that ads are to be expected in the free version of this app, but surely they don't need to be as frequent as they currently are?!

ENOUGH! We get it it! You want people to purchase your overpriced app, but let's get real the pop-up ads? Really? It was bad enough with the ads that popped up when exiting a chat that you grow gray hair from waiting for the ad to allow you to exit, but now I open the app and get redirected, I'm in a message and get redirected. When I'm on Grindr - and only when I'm on Grindr - I'm hijacked, taken to this website where my browser flashes all these warnings about this website being unsafe. I was banned for a few weeks. I thought I would miss it but not at all. There are plenty of apps our there that have no adds! I came back but think it's worth noting his all is nothing but a money making add machine. We don't have to use it so why do we?

Some of us are on the DL or at work and there’s nothing worse than a ad popping up that you can’t control the volume sound. Pop up ads are fine but please try to avoid having ads that have somebody talking or playing music. How to use grindr as a tool, to better our relationships with a cord of values campaign using marketing strategy.
Marketing is one of my things but I’m also a Nurse. I know the importance of promoting a healthy comunity amount us. I’m not saying to makes this. Social media, I think the app s is is really good. Is just for them to use their power to heal our relationships in our community with add camping that promotes values. The app Can have a section we’re you can have your group of friends, like people you love and like but you don’t fuck them and you still be great friends. App is great as is because it’s privacy.
