2. WHEN adverts appear

   The timing of adverts when you open a chat for the first time just makes me want to close the app. Then I lose the chat. And then I forget about Grindr for days because it’s very triggering.

3. Reduce the terrible, excessive, constant, annoying, awful ad space

   I get it, nobody wants to pay the excessive monthly fees for borderline basic features but shoving ads down a users throat in every angle of the UI is not the move. Find a better strategy to generate revenue.

5. Stop letting ads with viruses in your app and change how the roam feature works

   There are multiple instances in which ads have attempted to give me viruses on my mobile phone, I have an anti virus, so it never works, but not everyone has an antivirus on their phone so this could be a potential threat to someone, I thought it was the bare minimum to filter your ads but apparently not. and also, the roam feature should have a toggle option on whether or not you want to see roaming accounts. It is so annoying to see a profile you are interested in, click it, and then it be 65-70 miles away, that is ridiculous lol.

7. You app is full of so many INTRUSIVE ads. Random music starts playing with no pop up. I’m 26 ik how to work Grindr and a phone.

   Intrusive ads! Which is alphabetically on the top of the list but also complaint wise I’m seeing on so many other posts. Your premium features are way too expensive even to just try for a day which I have and still gotten nowhere really. Broaden my horizons when looking I guess would be the answer but either way I’m more inclined to pay for sniffies honest to god. And I very much don’t like having to create an account here just to post and probably not get read by Grindr or have any changes made. Animosity out the window here. Ads will start playing random music and no pop up? Half the time I’m like wtf is going on cause I’m not playing music myself when it starts. The economy is complete shit I know that but being a company with an app and you are or at least was hiring needing more help you might have to just bite the bullet on some things FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR USERS and clientel. You won’t have an app if you don’t have users or users wil go elsewhere. And those fake messages saying use some other website is just annoying af.     I seriously do know why u guys get ideas on the toilet. Can u sit at a table and look at the set up of ur ads. Why have a small x to escape ur freaken ads. 12. Ads Frequency

    The frequency with which ads are triggered seems to have massively increased of late. Now simply looking at a profile triggers an ad - as the profile opens, before viewing, not as it closes. This is in addition to triggering when opening chat. And ads with excessive sound volume have returned. The increased frequency is making the app virtually unusable. While you may need ad revenue to subsidise free use, making the entry level experience intolerable will probably lose you users rather than gain subscribers.
