The issue with advertisin
We all know that many apps and website support themself by the money collected through advertising, so far so good, the issue here is that everytime there is an advertising it pushes you out of the app, by force you must close the app and open it again. That happened before with the add from doordash ,I filed a complaint and the IT department of grinder asked me to point the exact date and some details I knew they were requesting just to make time expecting I got tired and stop complaining. How about creating an app that actually works...
Despite numerous uninstalls and reinstalls, password resets, clearing caches, forced stops, reseting of phones, this shit app doesn't work. How on earth do you expect to keep clients if they can't access your platform? absolutely shite.

Taps
Whenever you get a notification for a new tap, the app does not refresh and show you the last tap. It keeps showing the prior profile that tapped you. If you click on that profile then you see the new profile that tapped you.

after pausing the app. retun and the app will not send chats. says no connectivity. but will send a pic. This started 2 or 3 months ago.
missed something on app resume in the connection area.
after pause and resume. chats fail with "no connectivity " error. after completely closing app, you can then "resend" that chat message.
Very Irritating.

Getting all of the glitches worked out.
I definitely feel as if the app can use some serious work. As I was chatting with some individuals this morning, the app crashes out of nowhere and every time that I would click the app, it would just go back to my phone screen. I know that I’m not the only person that keeps experiencing this problem. It would be great if the problem could be fixed ASAP because it’s getting frustrating.

How about you get your mileage function working correctly?
Tired of paying you over priced fees just to send messages to guys that it says are 10 miles away and then once messages are sent suddenly they’re 300 miles away. Total BS AND I will drop my membership NOW if you don’t get it fixed

Stop compressing the photos within an inch of their life
The photos are so pixelated i can barely see anything. Stop compressing the photos so much or give us the option for a high data usage vs low data usage mode. I know that this compression is likely to save on storage & data egress costs but i am an unlimited paying customer, i should get highest quality possible photos

You should improve the quality app
When I received taps and open the app they doesn’t show until a long period of time, as well I’m having trouble with sending messages sometimes, they just don’t got deliver until I close and open the app again, what it seems funny it’s that you guys charge a lot for premium service, you should consider accessibility for people, most likely because your app it’s often use to promote violence between the gays.

Require face pics & Men only
As an app originally intended and still almost exclusively used for and by men interested in other men, to now have scores of female profiles and transgender individuals who clearly don’t fit the crowd and stick out like ingrown toe nails, is both extremely obnoxious & moderately offensive, and also indicates that Grindr’s current owners aren’t taking their true base of customers seriously anymore, if they ever did. Screen rotation on iPad should change accordingly
When using an iPad in landscape mode (especially when connected to a keyboard, like the Apple Magic Keyboard), Grindr app should behave accordingly (screen should stay horizontal like all other apps - instead, it keeps rotating back to vertical/portrait mode like on an iPhone)

Gender selection
The app keeps deleting my selection of "woman" when I enter my gender. This is a transphobic disgrace.

Gender filter not working for Men.
Gender filter does not work as it should. When I search Man it shows me Trans men.
Grindr support is unhelpful and says 'Trans Men are Men'
If you filter 'Trans Men' only Trans Men show up. Why are Trans people given more privilege to filter people?
I am only attracted to biological men.
