show the registered date to prevent the user from having a fake account or a con artist
there are too many fake accounts from con artists. that wastes people's time and makes people take risks. showing the registered date of the user could let people know who is more likely to be real. thank you very much!

Block viewed me
Grindr needs to restore the block button on the "viewed me" page. This is a safety issue. There are people/profiles who can/will constantly look at your profile without ever making contact. Without the block button, we will have to go looking for them and if they have no info on their profile how are we supposed to find them? Yes it can be an inconvenience, and yes some might prefer it isn't there, but this will become a serious nuisance.

Grinders colour palette
To add a feature allowing you to change the obvious orange and black colour palette of grinders interface so that it makes the app more discreet when chatting in a space that you would prefer or require more privacy.

Please let us block people on our viewed list
If someone sketchy keeps viewing my profile I should be able to block them. Hell, I should be able to block them even if they’re not sketchy. Let people control their grids.

Prevent gang bullying
Manytimes a group of users will gang up on a victim user.. to play around, or keep him busy, or confused. It would be great if Grindr had an option to report these cases or for Grindr to help the victim by giving an alert of some sort informing him that its likely that most messages are coming from the same group of people to not fall for their trap.

Allow Reporting of Blocked User
Allowing reporting of users who have blocked you in all locations and areas. This is a feature in some locations but not all.
When someone blocks you faster than you can report them because they know what they are doing violates site rules is not helping to create a better and safer site. Being able to report a user for violating site rules only allows the community to be safer. Stop bot accounts
Find a way to limit these fake bot accounts. I’m tired of getting endless messages from obvious bot accounts. Do you allow these so we are forced to upgrade? They take up space in near by grid. I block 10 accounts a day

Fix “Show me on explorer” and Distance.
Even if these features are TURN OFF. It doesn’t work. New profiles still finding your profile and Taping you. NEW users text you Saying you’re close to them.

Make albums automatically unshare after 30 days
I don’t realize how many people I don’t talk to that still have my album. And even if I forget it should still just automatically unshare it after 30 or 60 days. Either you have to reshare it, not that hard to do if you are actually talking and meeting up possibly regularly.

Alert faceless profiles to send a picture in first message (if not preventing faceless profiles from messaging)
Hi there. Many of us prefer to have a peek at people’s faces before hooking up with them. The experience on the app is made infinitely less pleasurable when we are harassed by people who do not respect the NPNC signs.
Grindr already has a feature enabling users to filter out blank profiles. fake profiles that ask for money or info like it’s either a foreigner or data collection survey
This is reficulous that you charge so much for your app when we have to dig through the bs of who is real or who is going to ask for money or ask for all my info like name occupation age and the like in one. Message like they’re collecting data for some study.. this is what deters me from ever wanting to pay for your app ever again. Allow users to opt out of being messaged by "recently joined" profiles unless a user initiated contact first
As Grindr allows users to have multiple profiles and unlimited or Xtra features transfer after a very short wait when switching profiles, the ability for abusive exes or stalkers to continue to pursue their victims by repeatedly creating new profiles to harass, bully, or threaten them renders the app unpleasant and at times unusable. Discreet App Notification Sounds.
Have discreet app notification sounds for when you want notifications on. Similar to the discreet app icons. The Grindr notification sound has become a staple sound so it would be good to have options.
