    I cancelled today as well. If you do it via Google Play - they give you full refund of the grindr subscription that was still active while cancelling it and applying for refund.

    As Nicholas said - I also report spam accounts and in purpose do not block them to see, if they were MAYBE finallt banned by Grindr and nothing - they are still there.
    I also cancelled my XTRA subscription and got a full refund if it via Google Play. No sense to pay for an app whose owners simply dont care about what's going on inside.

    I have just cancelled and got refund from my 3-month lomg XTRA subscription after Grindr limited the number of profiles we can visit a day till 5. Not worth paying all that money for XTRA if there are such limitations put on us.

    You can also cancle and get a full refund even for an active subscription. If you use Google Play, do it there with Grindr XTRA subscription (instructions on how to do it and how to get full refund you can find easily in the internet).
