I asked a simple question as to why my account is blocked I get multiple answers back and not one of them helped me resolve the problem the accounts blocked I can't go on to see what caused it to be blocked I can't fix what caused it to be blocked it's just one big merry-go-round of trying to get an answer. Computer generated answers are not helpful at all do you expect someone to go through every one of them to figure out why their account is blocked that's unrealistic.

Why is it so hard to resolve a problem. It's easy for you to hit the block button but when it comes to resolve the problem is why the account is blocked you go round and round like a merry go round trying to resolve the problem. Simple question I asked why the accounts blocked I should get a simple answer.
