So drug users make a good punching bag for your frustrations? Take it out on an group that it's OK to punish? They're humans living a life with different circumstances than yours. Try some empathy and punch up not down.

I am absolutely sick of getting messaged/tapped by people who are hundreds of miles away. If they're looking that far, they're either creeps or spammers. I've turned off "show me in Explore searches" yet I still get this junk from randos who are hours and hours away. I want to be able to set a maximum radius and then my entire Grindr universe BECOMES THAT SIZE. No one can see me, communicate with me, or show up in my grid if they are outside that radius.

At the absolute minimum, give us a way to turn off push notifications for taps. I still want to get notifications for actual messages from humans, but tap notifications are just noise.

The only people who use taps are creeps and out-of-state spammers. Neither of which I want to receive communication from.

It exists. It's the block button. Don't hesitate to use it for any circumstance.
