I ended up paying this month to be able to check out new features my membership expires on feb 24 and have had this issue every day and every time I log on. I end up un/reinstalling after restarting my note 10+ and sometimes it works for 5 mins before I get a red banner unable to determine your location. So technically been a guinea pig doing troubleshooting and informing you guys of this issue as well as looking in community I spend more time trying to fix the problem then I am cruising what is it likelihood that grinder would be willing to refund this month membership or for some sort of compensation for investing a month membership and not getting 100% let alone 95% of smooth service
