The app is falsely advertised as free and let me advertise my porn assholes

Unpaid user views all profile
One issue is exist in the grinder app
Issue-> if user click in fresh module of app one by one he swap more than 13 profiles than he views Xtra paid user profile around 600
Steps to generate a issue
1. Log in to the app
2. Go in fresh module
3. Click a profile an swap the profiles one by one
4. After that unpaid Xtra user view around 600 profile

Fallas con red celular
La aplicación falla muchísimo con la red celular…. No cargan los chats y tampoco las personas en línea se queda pegada la app cuando uso la red celular… pero cuando uso la red WIFI me funciona a la perfección…. Tengo un iPhone XS y estoy en Colombia sistema operativo iOS 13.1 por favor revisen estas fallas que ya son muy comunes. Me parece terrible que sus desarrolladores no sirvan PARA nada. El operador celular que usó en Colombia es TIGO.

Do you think we are stupid??
Stop taking your customers for bloody mugs - £69.99 for 3 months is outrageous, immoral and frankly daylight robbery but then we get to the real insult…£399 for the year advertised as 19% or £19 off…can’t remember which I was so furious - just renew the 3 month one for the length of a year and that £120 saving - come on - even your board is better than this insult

Remove the xtra restrictions from the Fresh section
In the updates after 8.13, the Fresh section has only 6 profiles accessible in the free version. It is another restricting feature that makes the app undesirable as options are severely limited due to the existing restrictions as it is.

Proposal
Might you give me a job? I have some details that will improove the app, but mostly I have a full idea about how to do a new unexplored kind of social app. We have to compete for the future. I'm finishing my career of psychology, and looking for an app developer. It'll make more money than this app (Grinder) and I might get paid by you only with interests by economic results in this new app that I'm telling you. Subscriptions not Working
I've been a paying subscriber for several years now, very few problems. Suddenly, the app keeps reverting to the free version, keeps showing me all the ads, doesn't give me the "Xtra" features I paid for. Tried the "restore purchase" function, it tells me it can't find a purchase to restore, yet if I check the Play Store subscription transactions it shows that I have an active subscription until the end of October. Customer service is worthless, they keep saying "Oh, we see you have a subscription, yay!" It's a bunch of crap.
