Premium user messaging receiving options
Premium users should have ability to opt out form receiving messages from blank profiles as this may encourage them to post a pic of themselves prior to messaging us.

Auto Backup Daily with app closed
Although the app does daily backups of messages and images, you also need to keep the app open overnight. It should automatically back itself up in the background even when they all is closed. Unlimited member here and lost so many chats because the app doesn’t back up automatically.

In Adam 4 Adam they have created a Pro account option where people can make their account a business, mine is a therapist. It really helps with people knowing they are talking to a pro and deciding to engage or not.

Allow Cross Platform Logins and Backup
I have 2 devices, 2 subscriptions, 1 Apple, 1 Android. I cannot restore the subscriptions if I switch them unless I'm on the device I used to register the subscription.
Additionally I cannot backup/restore the chat across platforms, they have to stay Android/Apple focused.
In essence when you buy a subscription, it's not YOU that's subscribed, it's the DEVICE you're using.
Fix it by allowing a login to your XTRA account on any device regardless of platform, and allow chat BACKUP to one solitary solution, e.g Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud - but don't make it a mandatory selection based on…

ZERO TOLERANCE RACISM POLICY
There should be ZERO tolerance policy when it comes to racism. I have been called racial slurs unprovoked far too many times and it’s exhausting. I am a unlimited paying member and I will take my money else where!
