Someone in your marketing department has clearly been smoking something they shouldn't.
By placing taps behind the Unlimited paywall, you are not going to see an influx of new subs. Look at Twitter this morning. It's full of people saying they will not pay the extortionate price. There are also people cancelling their Xtra sub because of this move. I like taps, taps are good, but I'm not paying £26 per month to see them.

I joined Grindr many years ago because I like men. The last few years more and more women are joining this app and moderators are not doing anything about it. I don’t want to see woman, I’m not sexually attracted to women, I don’t want to see cross-dressers, I’m not sexually attracted to CDs. Give xtra and unlimited members option to use an automatic chat that will “match” two online people and they can start talking to each other instantly. sometimes takes hours to find the perfect person to talk to so this will lessen the time and will give users a more convenient and easy option to chat with multiple users, can also match based on distance but optional

Continuing with my speech I would make this price policy 1 month € 5.99 3 months 15.99 6 months 29.99 12 months 49.99. I think the number of subscriptions would have an exploit. You can also just try it for about two months to see if lowering costs would also increase subscribers. In this way you can find the right compromise between turnover and customer satisfaction. I believe that the cost policy is not adequate to the users' expectations. I believe that a decrease in the cost of about 25, 30% for the monthly or annual would bring many more subscriptions and would greatly exceed your current turnover because you have to focus on quantity since you still have a lot to do on quality.
