See people more closer to your general area
This is a feature I think would be more suited for XTRA/Unlimited. My idea of a feature request is to have a filter that allows you to see guys which are more realistically closer to you like 5-10 miles away I know there may not be many profiles/users to view but I still think it could be a feature to think about possibly bringing to XTRA/Unlimited.

it should have the option to permanently block someone, without having the possibility of unlocking the profile again.

Bruh. Seriously?? You guys changed the fresh grid to 9 profiles only?? Jesus, i give it another year before y’all lock so much of this app up, to where it becomes irrelevant. Nobody is gonna pay your absurd $20 a month for this disgusting app.

In my opinion
In my opinion Grindr needs a pro section. Like other apps this would be an extra feature. Those who don’t pay but still try to be “pro” are to be banned instead of those that pay for the xtra/unlimited therefor losing money. It would really be a win/win for both parties.

Try practicing better customer service.
Since I signed up this account I have been trying to purchase a subscription. I continually get denied on my purchase request. I have tried using multiple bank cards, gift cards and try to charge the charges to my phone. I keep getting an error message saying that they can't process my request due to a hold on my account. Now here's the bad part. Whenever I search who's on the system I don't get a choice between 9 to 18 profiles to choose from. And the same profiles over and over. Let users buy individual features for certain prices.
Let users buy individual features for certain prices. Like viewed me for $2 or incognito for $4. I mean you're going to get MANY more people to subscribe to sometime like that.

Dual profiles
Have dual profiles saved so you can swap out without retyping all the time. For instance one for when your looking to hookup and one for when you just want to chat or make friends. Can even swap all your tags out as well. Could even have a filter to sort who your looking for.

The price for dick is too damn high
Whyy do you guys keep restricting this app more and more and inflating the prices for things adding more and more adds. Stop being so money hungry and give back to the gays, I remember using this when it was free just to find another gay person to talk to now all this premium bs needs to stop, or at least be cheaper like come on.

Android/IOS price difference
I have a question that bothers me a lot... why is grindr for android lower priced than grindr for apple?
If I log into my grindr account IOS its a lot more expensive than when I log in from my android device?
Yes IOS is expensive and you pay for 90% of apps BUT when everyone pays for the same app I would think it would have the same price tag???
And why is grindr so expensive?, if I think of all the adds that drives me crazy, why do we have to pay such high subscription fees?

Rejection is fine but not bullying. Appreciates all the good things i got. No hates no expectation just more time. Not to everyone ofcourse. To anyone including me maybe. Quick nickel & diming your customers
This is my first time using grinder & I got the 1 month plan (ultra plus something). My thoughts like at $39 that's steep. Then Grinr introduces this BOOST feature for an additional fee. Quick nickel & diming people that use you. After my monthly subscription, I highly doubt I will subscribe again. For $39, BOOST should be included.

Implementing some kind of trust fall system.
To help separated flakes and pretenders, what about a system/ program/ code that went to parties meet? They are given an option to make like a pinky promise 😉. They agree on a time to ; continue conversation, reconnect, or meet up. It could be set up as an alarm that requires both parties signatures before being set.
If you agree to the promise and don't hold up your end of the deal, your account can be penalized for x amount of time.(X)Number of promises broken after warning= Suspension, or worse case, account will be deactivated.2 votes -
