Friend request and profile sharing
While subscribed to Xtra it would a great benefit to have an option of adding friends instead of just having favourites and by being an Xtra subscriber you should then be allowed to send and share another members profile with your friend who would be attracted to them. By sharing the profile the member who receives should be able to message them even if they are out of range or country.
By sharing other people’s profiles this allows a more broad selection of men.

Not being able to click & open profiles on the Who's Viewed Me feature except on Unlimited
Make the Viewed Me feature free for Xtra members at least...having to have Unlimited to access this is sheer greed on Grindr's part

Background and Chat color
Ability to change chat bubble color and back ground color for users that pay for Xtra.
Sometimes the simplest things add to more of the experience for discretion. Everyone knows yellow chat bubbles is grindr in public.

Want to increased your member count, lower your price way over priced, I would purchase a yearly membership if it was $59.99 but over $100 way over priced .

Specific Gender/ sexuality Personalization filters
As a gay app primarily for gay men there needs to be an option to allow users to filter or hide trans men/ trans women profiles and also a filter for trans women or men to filter gay users. Just the same or see only trans interested specific users of based off their personal interests. These tiles are considered valuable Realestate to those of us who are paying 40$/month. 24h unlimited subscription doesn't work
I used to purchase this temporary subscription, until a friend notified me that I was online, but I had incognito mode on. So I reached Grindr support on November 09th reporting the situation. After 2 or 3 days, an agent called Dan replied my email, saying that they identified a bug, but it would solved.
Since now, dezember 23th, after a lot of complaints and always the answer "thank you for your patience" my patience is over.
I'll start to spread and people "Don't purchase this product" because, even that they know about the bug, they keep selling it to…8 votes -

your prices because other applications are charging $16 a month compared to $39 a month for the same service prices need to go down to stay competitive
