2. Multiplatform backups

   Grindr backups when switching from android to iOS or vise versa could easily be done if we were allowed to choose our backup location to google drive on iOS

4. Increase free video call limit atleast upto 5 mintues

   60 secs is not enough. Can you please increase the limit, if not five minutes, then please set a reasonable range, say 150 seconds. This feature is the only way to make sure, one is not getting into a bobby trap as there is a tradition of sharing fake pictures here.

   Please give it a thought and consider accepting this genuine request. The xtra/unlimited feature is unaffordable for middle class Indians.

6. Keep XTRA paywall out of “fresh” tab

   The fresh tab was until the last update the only place you could meet some interesting people from a little further away without a paywall. Sadly this is no longer the case. To keep the app enjoyable with some variation for people who live in rural areas (not many guys like us around), I think the fresh tab should’ve stayed the way it was. Maybe this can be solved with some clever ad placement on Grindr’s part.

9. Eliminate bugs in unlimited losing options like free account

   I keep getting my account benefits taken away and ads and limited viewing groups to see replacing the ad free larger groups to see. It’s a bug that tries to recharge me each time it fails (daily and often multiple times) to then maybe fix if it recognizes while spinning hour glass charged Ny card after freezing up leads me to being to over it with time blown, money wasted and people /opportunities missed or pissed off in long silence neglecting the few profiles I’m limited to seeing. Idea: fuck it so it works correctly. Consider compensating those like me who have had months of buggy issues and recovery requests either ignored, never addressed or temporarily fixed then next upgrade causes a failure again. Plus BOOST sucks and is a sneaky way to bill those not wanting it when it pops up during typing. And twice now I’ve bought upgraded accounts when not wanting it and mistakenly ordered. Immediately after I do, I’ve contacted about the error and requested refunds for annual payment but never got a reply. Ever! Fix that !

    You would most likely get more members if more frequent sales w lower membership prices were advertised. Ie: the top membership is never discounted

11. I want to mass select and delete over 100 photos.

    As not just a client but also an investor, (I never knew how much I wanted to say someting like that until this moment) I currently have just shy of 300 black photo boxes in my photo gallery to choose to send to ppl that are blank and posses a ? In them. At this time I have to rest my finger on one photo at a time. I wait for the delete option to appear after approximately 2-3 seconds of continuous press, then I can select the delete option at which point upon selection I am rid of that photo. Surely, you can add a way to mass select multiple photos and delete those that are selected all at once?! Please, that would be so valuable. Between 3 iPads, and two phones im guessing I have over 1000 photos I need to delete….. it’s a bit absurd to be forced to do them all one by one. Are we in ageeement?

16. The removal of features that I’ve paid for

    I think what you have done is deceitful and disgusting behaviour. To actually remove services that have been paid for in advance through subscription, only to add them to a higher level subscription cannot be legal. Where is the notice to the change to terms of subscription? Since the introduction of the unlimited level, there’s been a constant watering down and now removal of features for the XTRA subscribers with no compensation or even explanation. Enough is enough! As you’ve not delivered the features I’ve been paying for, either reinstate the features for XTRA users or refund all of the subscription fees from the date Unlimited membership was originally launched as you’ve not delivered the features advertised and paid for by the membership group since that date.

18. Stop degrading the service for free (and XTRA) users

    I appreciate that you need to make money to fund the app, but you also state that "ads keep the app free" whilst degrading the service constantly for free users. This is a big problem for paying subscribers, as new, free users stop using the app and the paying users just see the same faces over and over again.

    Over the past few months, you've added the "boost" feature, which takes up space with users (mainly rent) who are outside the local area. You then reduced the number of "fresh" guys that we can see. You then reduced the total number of users that we can see (without reducing the number of boost users). So free users just see the same few guys from their street and a bunch of rentboys.

    I was an XTRA paying user until the boost feature took over my profile list. I came back briefly and found that XTRA users can no longer see Taps from more than 24 hours ago, so you are degrading the service for paying subscribers too.

    I was a Gaydar subscriber for more than ten years before the same happened there - they cut so many features for free members that nobody used it any more, and the website just dried up for paying users. Sort it out or else this app is going to die too.

20. Too expensive

    I was wondering if you could, please, put down
    the unlimited option price. It is extremely expensive, not everybody drinks vodka with soda as the ad says, also we don’t have the same opportunities depending were we live. Guys who live in big or tourist cities have more variety and chances with the free version than the ones who live in villages or small cities, the same for job opportunities well paid.
