Too expensive
App should not require xtra when you don’t have a huge amount of people in the area you are in and really needs to be less expensive because everything else is more costly doesn’t mean that this should be maybe people should boycott grindr for a few months and see if they change their prices

Drive down the cost of subscriptions
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE NEED TO MAKE IT an affordable price that everyone will be willing to pay for. The high cost scare away customers like me because we already have monthly payments like phone bills and that adds extra on top of high . expenses. Instead you should combined both extra and unlimited Grindr subscriptions into one low monthly price that lets you use everything included with subscriptions

Filter for Tribes Others are Into
I would like to be able to search for people who are into my body type/ tribe, not just who I am into. As a paying, unlimited subscriber, it would keep me coming back if I could streamline my search experience. This also helps me not waste other people's time, who may not be interested im my body type.

Offer a discounted membership fee for people who are on govt assistance programs as in: welfare, food assistance or disability assistance et

Stop Banning Legitimate Accounts
I’m a 66-year-old man traveling in Italy and my account was banned by an automated bot for “suspicious activity” - I verified my identity and proved I was real. Grindr support verified that I had “not violated any community guidelines”, yet, we’re on day 8 of me not being able to access my account, my date, my photos, my contacts, and Grindr is in violation of multiple regulations. Silence. Still shut out. And the scammers, just create new accounts and continue harassing those trying to make connections. I have a Grindr Xtra subscription valid until December 2026. Give Paying Subscribers Tiered discounts on features!
I’m an Unlimited Member (which is not cheap I might add) and having to pay (at all) or full price to use the Boost, Right Now and Roam features is unjustified. Offering these features as a complimentary or discounted add-on to the subscriber tiers would significantly increase the value of subscribing to Grindr.

Viewed Me Feature needs unlocked on Xtra
If i, like many other users are going to pay for an Ad-Free Xtra experience and NOT the overpriced Unlimited, we would expect to be able to see the profile of (at the very least) the last 3-5 people that viewed our profile and also be able to click through to them. Currently you have to squint very hard to make out the shape and then go hunting for them in the main feed to be able to view who it is.. if we are paying to see and meet people.. PROVIDE THIS FEATURE

More visibility of free profiles 100
It's unfair that I only see 45 profiles for free, and I have to pay extra for more, and I only see people from neighboring countries whose language I don't understand, while others who live in the center of the country don't have to because they don't have these problems, by doing so you are violating my rights to the same experience and you should be sued!

REMOVE THIS DAMN GRUNTING Noise
I don’t know what Product Owner/Manager thought this stupid grunting noise up but they should be fired immediately. It’s just not needed. How about you fix it so when someone taps you, you get a damn tap noise again not this stupid garbage that you say you can shutoff but I only see a choice for all sound and I don’t want to shut off all sound. Being able to contact anyone without having a subscription
You’re charging way too much for a subscription for one. And two I should be able to contact anyone without said subscription. This is ridiculous, an absurd amount of money.

Make the app less expensive
Absolutely unaffordable in my country. It's the price of a mini fridge. Was a good app before, but not worth paying if you can only see 6 or less people from your area. Please fix this, rather increase the restrictions on the filters as you had in the past and have more people instead...because at this point, it isn't a social dating platform.

Grindr Should Be Free
I think Grindr Should be free or at least remove xtra & keep unlimited with a discounted price every month & add more features if you pay for unlimited. The features would include Ethnicity, Gender Hairyness, Hair Color, Max Distance Limit, Penis Size, DL guys in the areas you’re searching in, Sex practice (safe only or bareback only) & Fetishes. That way Grindr will have more users paying for it & Grindr can make a lot more money.

User Experience Decline Driven by Inadequate Spam Controls
I am a paying customer, and the current user experience is being degraded by an excessive volume of fake and spam accounts. At this point, I spend more time blocking profiles than engaging with legitimate users. This is not an acceptable experience for a paid platform.
The lack of effective spam detection and enforcement is a core failure. Existing controls are either insufficient or not being applied at a meaningful level. This directly undermines user trust and the perceived value of the subscription.
