Prices Grindr Xtra and Grindr Unlimited have become unattainable
Even the XTRA day pass is gone, you think people are going to pay these monthly/annual prices forever? They just keep going up and up, while your advertisements double so you're making even more money through ADs alone. Now if you want Unlimited you have to pay $40 a month PLUS TAX? I've been using this app for 10 years and it was such an easier experience and better layout before, and now it's just full up pop-up ads, or better yet you have to watch a 2 min ad just to view your most recent view on your profile.…

The unlimited subscription is way too expensive.
Paying almost half of $100 every month for a mobile app has become too expensive. With respect, the monthly fee is similar to what most other paid apps charge annually for a subscription. The cost of a Grindr subscription for a year is $519.48, which is exorbitant. The cost of Xtra is still high, but comparatively reasonable. It would be great to have a single subscription option with all the features at a decent price. With inflation and the increasing cost of living, it has become challenging to justify spending $519.48 annually on top of all other expenses for a…

Albums - allow more videos per album
The album feature needs to be heavily edited.
For paid customers. I will suggest 3 videos to be allowed in one album. With added built in video editing features like crop/rotate/preset filters. Maintain No screenshot policy (good one btw) . Maintain the temporary album share option. Add download video option for the owner to reclaim videos . I had some videos uploaded in the album. My cell phone got destroyed and now the only copy of the video is in grinder albums and i cant reclaim or download it. Allow a Blurr face only tool ( use ur AI capital…

Ed meds
I’m paying a lot of money for this app. I’m paying for ad free. I don’t want to see ads for Madonna or erectile dysfunction or weight loss meds. And I think it’s really shifty that they put the clickable link to these ads right next to other buttons so you accidentally clicked them all the time.

Restore Unlimited Explore Messaging
I purchased Grindr Xtra mainly for the unlimited Explore messaging feature. Recently, this feature was restricted to only 5 people. This is a key feature I use and expect as part of my subscription. I kindly insist that the unlimited Explore messaging feature be restored.

Restore favorites feather as it was before the last update
This “favorites” feature should not be reserved for xtra users and was much more useful and appropriate with its own page and without separating those who post their location from those who don't. This reform of the favorites system is unnecessary and very annoying. Moreover, it does absolutely nothing to protect users confidentiality. Please take this in consideration and return the system to the way it was before the update.

Costs increase, as do ads.
I paid for a year of unlimited. I still have to see ads Grindr shoves onto my feed and my inbox. Don’t get me started on Madonna.
What did I pay nearly $300 for? There’s still ads, and you charge for boosts?!
Ontop of this, the new “EDGE” for 3 months costs MORE than a YEAR of unlimited?!?! For an AI data farmer. The greed here is both comical and bordering sociopathic. Who’s Grindr’s CEO? Mr. Burns?!? Lower costs or the mass exodus will continue.
Our economy is horrific. Most people can’t even afford gas to get to a hookup,…3 votes -

Too expensive
App should not require xtra when you don’t have a huge amount of people in the area you are in and really needs to be less expensive because everything else is more costly doesn’t mean that this should be maybe people should boycott grindr for a few months and see if they change their prices

Limited characters in bio and Grindr is the most expensive yet the most limiting with expression of words
Simple — add more characters to the bio. This isn’t Twitter. Grindr charges more than all of the other apps and limits your expression more than all of the other apps. Is this intentional? Why limit speech and expression?
