How it works
• Users can anonymously or openly nominate a short story (“Someone helped me when I locked myself out”, “Had the funniest chat of the week”, “Great recommendation for a quiet café”).
• Stories appear in a dedicated “Local” tab with light moderation.
• The featured people (if they consent) can get a temporary, optional “Local Legend” badge on their profile for a few days.
• No direct messaging from the feature — it stays celebratory rather than becoming a new way to hit on people.
