I am contacting you because my Grindr app is no longer working on my phone, and I do not understand the reason. As far as I know, I have not violated any rules or made any mistake. If there is any issue from my side, I sincerely apologize and I would appreciate the opportunity to correct it.
I have been using Grindr for about 6 years, and I have many important contacts and friends on my account. However, now I cannot communicate with any of them, and this has become very frustrating for me.
Could you please check my account and let me know what happened? I kindly ask you to help me restore access and explain if there is anything I need to do.
