My account not working

I am writing because I am experiencing an issue accessing my account on your app. The app is not working on my mobile device, even though it works normally on other devices.
I have already tried creating a new account and using a different email, but the problem still persists on my phone. This leads me to believe that my device may have been incorrectly flagged or restricted.
I would kindly request you to review my case and check if my device has been mistakenly banned or blocked. If so, I would appreciate it if you could lift the restriction or guide me on how to resolve this issue.
I am a genuine user and I fully respect your community guidelines. I would be grateful for your help in restoring access.
