Bot detection feels more like a data-quality problem
Most of my daily taps come from accounts with identical bios, the same OF link, and a stock photo that gets reused across dozens of profiles. Reporting them helps a little, but the same templates pop up again within hours. I work on data migration projects in my day job, and was reading through an ETL migration company site the other day — it described how much gets cleaned and filtered during a move before bad records land in the new system. So the same principle could apply at signup here. Would be great to hear from the team whether any validation runs there at all, or if moderation is reactive only. Even a rough answer would help those of us on the paid tier.
