Subscription price so High
Dear Grinder Support Team,
I am a long-time user of your application and I have been using Grinder for several years now. However, I am extremely disappointed with the current service and pricing model.
Despite using the app for so many years, I have not received any meaningful free features. Almost everything is locked behind a very expensive subscription. For a loyal user, this feels unfair and frustrating.
If you cannot provide important features in the free version, then at least reduce the subscription cost. The current pricing is unreasonably high and not affordable for regular users. On top of that, continuous advertisements make the user experience even worse.
I request one of the following immediately:
- Provide essential features in the free version, OR
- Reduce the subscription charges significantly, AND
- Stop or reduce excessive advertisements.
If these issues are not addressed, it will be very difficult for me to continue using Grinder. Loyal users deserve better value and respect.
I expect a proper response and action from your side.
