This will make it less accessible for scammers with fake profiles as Grindr currently is full of these profiles. I report about 10 on a daily base and it's clearly getting out of hand.

A blue check next to a username stating that profile is verified would go a long way.

You don't have to make it as a must to use the app cause I know you cheaters want to stay anonymous but for those that legit have nothing to hide would benefit from this.
