If I write someone or respond to someone the first time it goes through. But then when they write me back their picture is replaced by mine and when I hit send it goes nowhere! Then I have to go back to the mailbox bring up the chat again, and retype it making sure their picture is on the screen not mine. Sometimes I miss it and find they never got messages I had typed and have to back track. It looks like Im not paying attention and its really annoying. Have written support several times fir months and there has been no response. I think it unconscionable that they take my money but refuse to fix it. I have cleared cache and data. Force stopped the app. Updated it. Uninstaller and reinstall3d it and cleared my phone's cache as well. Nothing works and it seems they don't care!
