This EULA that you just Forcrd Every User to say accept with No Option to not accept is in fact illegal.
I do Not agree I do want to agree I was forced to agree when I should have the option to Not Agree and continue to Log Out and Not Use your app if I so choose. Your only option to move forward or no option at all, isn't a real option, it's a Forced strong armed move on your part to hold every user to your own ideals and leave the user mute. That is not morally acceptable let alone legal.
Which in fact makes your EULA moot in the eyes of the American Court.

I do Not Agree to this lengthy EULA which the fact is not One User will read it thoroughly or in complete.
