Compensation Required
It is most unreasonable that you have embarked on upgrade programs at the expense of your subscribers. There are endless issues with key parts of your app. I have logged many complaints notifying you of bugs & they are very slow in getting resolved (if at all). In many instances I receive a canned response - which is as annoying as the bugs - and to absolutely no avail.
I believe that you owe subscribers some kind of compensation for having paid for months and months of a disastrously performing app - on basic functionality even. Each upgrade introduces new glitches. This is not acceptable having paid premium rates for using these features.
This compensation may take a form of:
Credit equivalent to the number of months the app has not been performing
An extension of subscriptions, equivalent to the number of months the app has not been performing
Free upgrade to Without Limit, equivalent to the number of months the app has not been performing
I am curious to see if I will receive a response to this request, that isn’t canned.
