Fix your app, like yesterday
Have half of your UX staff been laid off? There’s been a severe and rapid decline in usability of this app in the last 3 months. Revert to some old version of the app or rewrite it from the ground up completely, cause you can just tell every time a bug is ‘fixed’ it’s clearly been bloated with a workaround that makes the service slower and buggier each time. Seriously, I dread to think how paying users feel when the app is in the worst state I’ve ever seen it.

At the very least until you fix this steaming pile, remove the ads. They got even harder to skip with how slow the app works now.
