Subscriptions not 'upgrade-able'
I didn't realize that there were 2 subscription levels. I intended to subscribe for the Unlimited, but not knowing that there were 2 options, paid the first pop up, which was the $20 Extra level. There's no way to upgrade by paying the difference, and I'm not cool with paying another $40, totaling $60, for the redundancy that this would create. There's no work around. Grinder is useless when it comes to contact customer service for help with this, or presumably anything else, and it has left a bad taste that with as expensive as the subscriptions are, Grinder can't be bothered to respond, much less help me spend more money on their app. Lame!
