Stop the auto refresh!!! What's the point of paying for the Unlimited plan if you can't even use it!!! WTF?!?!

Why am I paying for the Unlimited plan, if I can't even use it? I could potentially see legal issues with this. BAIT AND SWITCH COME TO MIND?
