I want to be able to search for poz people only and not just have the option of 'poz tribe'..
I want to be able to search for other poz people. The tribe option makes zero sense.

What do you mean the tribe option makes zero sense? You want to find poz people. There's a tribe option AND a tag for "poz". That's two ways to find poz people. Your complaint makes zero sense. How about you focus a complaint directed toward actual improvement of the app overall? Like fixing bugs reverting the interface, etc. Maybe we can make a change.
