Policy on commercial activity is not aligned with laws in my country.
Grindr's community guidelines/usage policy doesn't align with my country's laws. Prostitution is legal in my country, but my account is being reported and I'm receiving warnings for stating that I'm open to rewards. I'm suggesting that Grindr aligns its policy with the laws of the country it's being used in. This feels to me like the laws of the USA are being wielded against me in my country by unhappy individuals. Grindr should align itself with the law, not extend USA law overseas unilaterally through its policy.

This is a very valid concern, especially when it comes to consistency and fairness in enforcing commercial activity policies, as unclear or uneven moderation can often create confusion for users who are just trying to understand what is allowed and what is not on the platform; having a clear, transparent, and region-sensitive policy would definitely improve trust and user experience while reducing unnecessary account warnings or restrictions. It would also help if platforms clearly align their guidelines with practical real-world usage so users don’t feel unfairly targeted for simple misunderstandings.
