People should be forced to read the profiles
1) Nowadays, double clicking on the profile opens the chat directly, this way many users don't see the profile before opening the chat. You need to END with this possibility; double clicking on the profile should open ONLY the profile, not the chat!
2) When people open the profile, they usually don't go down to read the information. The profile text should appear IN FRONT OF the profile photo when one opens the profile, like what already happens when one goes down the profile to read the informations. This way, the first thing that is going to be seen is the text of the profile (or at least part of it). This text could be impossible to move up or down for 1 or 2 seconds.

A "Read the Profile!" pop-up (an option that could be turned on or off depending on the wish of the user) for those who click to open the chat would be enough
