If it doesn't already, If Grindr blocks someone, it should block by phone number & email. I forget if you have to give phone number. If not, add it in the terms of agreement, that Grindr pulls the phone number for security purposes & does not sell that info ... Blah blah.

Scammer will have to waste another burner phone or buy one.

Also, store the images they use. Lot of times they will use the same images. So, if they upload an image, there would be a check to make sure it's not in the database. If it is ... You don't tell them. You just make it so their profile never shows up and if they try to send chat messages out ... Well they just vanish into thin air. Everything on their looks good. You also have to flag the profile, that way if they change images it stays invisible.

None of these additions would be told publicly. That way they don't try to find ways to bypass the system.
